Elei\u00e7\u00f5es para gest\u00e3o ABRAFIDEF 2021-2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Notas:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">A assembleia ocorrer\u00e1 em formato digital, modalidade essa amparada pelo Art. 5\u00ba da Lei Federal 14.010 de 10\/06\/2020 e Art. 7\u00ba da Lei Federal 14.030 de 28\/07\/2020.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para todos os efeitos e fins legais, considerar-se-\u00e1 a assembleia realizada na sede da ABRAFIDEF (\u201c<em>Rua Ant\u00f4nio Pedro de Figueiredo, 130, bairro do Pina, Recife \u2013 PE\u201d<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">A assembleia no formato digital ser\u00e1 realizada por meio de videoconfer\u00eancia, na ferramenta Zoom Video Comunication. Para ter acesso, o associado dever\u00e1 encaminhar um e-mail para secretaria@abrafidef.org.br do seu endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico cadastrado na ABRAFIDEF, contendo nome completo e CPF, solicitando link de acesso. A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser encaminhada at\u00e9 as 12h do dia 01\/07\/2021 sob pena de inviabilizar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conforme Art. 17 do Estatuto da ABRAFIDEF, para votar e ser votado o associado dever\u00e1 estar quite com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es estatut\u00e1rias e legais.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">A partir das 12h do dia 01\/07\/2021, os associados que encaminharam as informa\u00e7\u00f5es solicitadas, conforme itens anteriores, receber\u00e3o o link e a senha para acesso \u00e0 assembleia.
